DELIVERY

UK postage varies based on weight, all items are sent 1st class  signed for. 

TIAR is a one woman team making every item to order, this is reflected in the 16 working day manufacture time. This does not include delivery. During busy periods please allow up to 20 working days, this is always updated on @shoptiar_ instagram 

Once an item is ready you'll be sent an email with tracking info, please allow 1-2 days for the tracking to activate

UK packages are sent with Royal Mail and take 2-3 days within the UK, international is 5-7 working days

If there's something you'd like for a specific date, priority delivery is available for an extra cost, date & item depending.

This must be discussed prior and noted on the order as well, otherwise we cannot be held liable if it doesn't arrive on time

If orders are made for specific dates without confirmation prior they can not be refunded

Orders can not be refunded due to change of mind if the fabric is on order / the item/s have been cut, usually within the first few days.

Once an order is posted and a tracking code is provided we cannot be held liable for its whereabouts and cannot cover refunds. If theres an issue with the tracking code given please message on instagram for further advise.

Custom fees may apply on international orders. If a package is returned to sender due to being unclaimed / not collected from the post office, the customer is liable to cover return postage. No refunds available for unclaimed packages.

 

 

 RETURNS

Due to being a made to order business we are unable to accept returns for refund, instead we can offer exchanges for size / other items of a similar value, store credit is also available if you want some time to think. This does not include sale items.

There isn't a returns slip inc (no paper waste!) just drop a message over on IG for address. Pls inc return info within the package so the order can be located. If this info isn't included we can't be held responsible.

Return shipping cost can be covered (UK only) unless customer is at fault

All items must be returned within two weeks, unworn & in original condition
